Why are we wasting time thinking about windows 32bit support when almoat no even reasonably new cpu is in fact 32 bit? Forget 32bit and put all efforts on getting the Unity working so people on Mac, Linux and all other platforms can get back on.
What a surprise - not. Wish I'd put a bet on this, I might of got my money back.
So, No Christmas event, no Valentines, no Surprise event.
And given how well BB have done with this (piss up in a brewery comes to mind), I bet we MacOS (and 32 bit) don't get the Easter event either.
Four years you guys have known this was going to be an issue. So now it's 3 months of no play.
Not happy at all. (to put it mildly)!!!!
So what put you off from Mac support? Can you explain in a bit more detail what you are struggling with?
Players who can't play TSO due to "technical problems" must get compensation from Blue Byte. As they missed Christmas event and most probably will miss valentine event too. Along with this they can't progress in TSO like leveling up due to "technical problems".
I'm not sure but, can VMware with the required system requirements fix the problem ? just suggesting
Like most of us with half a brain cell didn't see this coming weeks ago.. like the fabled unity test server which must be in another dimension cause it isn't in this reality
Compensation?!?
The game is free to play, gem options are just that, optional
Also, BB gives compensations as in-game resources or extras
Since those players can't log-in/play... where would the compensation go??
The only reasonable thing to expect is for the game to work
They had time enough to fix it, but their laziness and overall contempt for us players made sure this would never happen.
so can we ask when???? Because later means everything
Comments like this should be banned. All major OS are still made in 32-bit version. Non modern machines have no benefit in running x64 and there are new machines still made as 32-bit (mostly laptops and tablets). Your comment is kind of insulting, and shows lack of knowledge, specially when you mentioned Mac, Linux and all other platforms. It is hard to say what percentage of machines run win 32-bit systems, but it is more than Linux and other platforms (excluding Win and Mac). Almost all Linux distros have both 64 and 32 bit versions (some have only 32-bit). And most important, large percentage of programs in 64-bit Windows are actually 32-bit programs (in most cases, majority).
