Cleared all sites and placed all buildings but the game will not acknowledge completion
quite a finicky adv this one,one wrong move,and it will fail. have you made the sticky fluid and used it on the storm prevention system.
There are some spots for the buildings that does not advance the objective. If you place the buildings on those spots you can not complete and have to abandon the mission.
