Thread: ubisoft support issue

    For clarity: if you have a Ubisoft account and you want to change your password or email address, we can't do this - you'll need to contact Ubisoft Support. If you have a TSO profile on your Ubisoft account, you need to delete it before linking your account again. You cannot avoid it and neither our nor the Ubisoft Support team can manually delete your profile.

    for further clarity i did not want to change my password or email address on either my tso account or ubisoft account i just wanted to link my tso account to my ubisoft account as per the instructions provided. i am unable to delete a link on my ubisoft account as i have no idea what it is linked to and neither tso support or ubisoft support are able to sort the problem. i have never linked my ubisoft account to another atso ccount. the process of deleting the ubisoft account has now been started and i have to wait 30 days for it to be effective. hopefully by then the unity server will be active and i can create a new ubisoft account linked to my existing tso account and actually play

    Could you please send me the ticket ID from TSO support via PM? I will look into it.
