    I tried to contact you Yesterday and Monday and all i got back was

    Apparently, you were trying to respond to a ticket that had been closed and deemed resolved. Please create a new ticket.
    If you create a new ticket and wish to continue the conversation from a previously closed ticket, please make sure to reference the original ticket number.

    I DID create TWO NEW tickets , the reply i got from BOTH NEW tickets was the same as i have said.


    I have sent a Third one. lets see what happens this time.

    so THIRD try to create a ticket resulted in SAME reply from you team
