I had same problem - I think it was because when units finish training in barracks the you can load them - but then they 'disapear' again for a while before they can realy stay - and can be loaded.
yep, something buggy in the barracks clock - loading the ready units to the gen and send attack
in the middle of the travel, the units (last loaded) disappears, quick check on the barracks shows that the units still recruiting
so, be careful
Problem is that local instance has to short production time - production time for Recruits should be 3 minutes - but when selecting barracks says 2 minutes.
After 'Zone refresh' or relog local data is update with server data - and there production time is correct - 3 minutes - so queue in barracks is reset ( troops not trained ! )
