Description of fault:
If you click on the Provision House and then click on the Harbor the Harbor can be used to produce Provision house items. The attachment PH2 shows the harbor with provision house items.
Steps to recreate:
1. Click on the Provision House.
2. Click on the Harbor (do not close the Provision House window)
3. Select the item you want to produce.
If you select the tab for Resources before clicking of the Harbor you can produce those as well.
The items are actually produced so it's quite nice to have an extra provision house but there may be some underlying issues with this behaviour.
