Excelsior - Annaholics lost

I got an Annahlics buff from Excelsior, but it was lost when I placed on Mayor's house, no more in Star and nor in quests list.

After maintenance Test is slower and worse, geologist forget his search, buffs can't be placed, one has to try several times to train troops,

Since Maintenance I too find it very hard to place any buff or refill, to date I still cant place the Harbour it lights up with a crown and pale green circle surround but it just cannot be placed. t settled perfectly on my own isle in the client some time ago with no problems. you need to place the harbor in the majors house. It ill then start a quest chain - and you will get the building that can be placed at the map
