    Client issue

    Hi

    I have been unable to loggin since Monday (14/6/21) when there was an update, it how Thursday (17/6/21) and I still mant loggin, the message says contact support, I did that but I believe support are having issues with Tickets.

    I have uninstalled the Client and reinstalled the client and treid different browsers to no avail

    I spoke to somone on Facebook who surggested I try the forums

    HELP PLEASE

    Is this related to the error message "Unable to update your client"?

    If so, check out our troubleshooting
    here.


    In addition, make sure that:

    1. Make sure your Windows OS is up to date & all associated drivers
    2. You are using a cable connection (not Wi-Fi / mobile data)
    3. You are installing the correct version (32-bit or 64)
    4. Disable any anti-virus software
    5. Run the application as administrator

    I would likw to thank Taffer for his assistance .
    but I feel let down by BB with thier inability to get Unity to work , we have known about the end of Flash for over 5 years , then we where promised Unity before christams, then before Easter now after Summer Event , and each time there is an update the Client fails to work 1st time it to 3 days to fix 2nd time 3 days again 3rd time 6 days and counting
    It seams a shame to be abandoning TSO after playing almost every day for 9 years but I feel this is the staw that brakes the camels back

    has anyone tried uninstalling the old client using a uninstaller program? (like the free IObit uninstaller)
    sometimes they do find deeper ways to uninstall an app ...
