Do you mean "Play Now" icon ? Or am I missing some button that has different effect ?

Adventures - Not worth the hassle. I can load and send 1 general inbetween refreshes.
Loading time - well if I'm lucky it loads without me having to refresh then takes up to 5 minutes to load my island
Explorers / Geos - I get RSI sending these off now. I have to click more than once for most of them

As a closed beta player I've seen a lot of changes. Most glitches were resolved pretty quickly. The lag and refreshes are killing this game. You have acknowledged this is a bug - please fix this while you still have players left.
