Mail is not working - I had a lot of uncollected mail, now all gone?
Extremely slow to assign tasks to explorers, geologist etc
When using mouse the building behind the dialogue box also gets selected
No values on the mines or mineral deposits
Tried reporting via the support page - errors each time
Tried reporting via several emails addresses - all undeliverable
The game has come unplayable - I have been playing since you launched 10+ years ago - I'm now considering giving up.

dont know if it can be steadily reproduced- it happened 1 time before as well

Yes I could have but I am not willing since it took me an hour to send 6 geologists and rebuild 6 mines

I'd recommend to a BB QA engineer just to log in to the game using any browser.
You will be amazed by hundreds of bugs which you will find just navigating 5 min via game.

really starting to loose faith in this now. no chat at all cant see if people are on line running very slow. menus keep crashing using windows 10 64mb ram ddr3 solid state drive intel i core 3 trust me should run this with ease. what the hell are you doing best to go back to the german one till you find the time to have a playable game bording now

Labels on building displayed inconsistently, sometimes with black border, sometimes without, making them difficult to read.
The two recycler pics are 1 min apart, no log off, just moving mouse around.
