Could somebody please tell me why we have to endure a zone refresh every 30 seconds. Is there a reason, and if there is could a moderator tell us the reason, so that we know why we are ready to destroy our keyboards every 30 seconds.

This was reported on test2 months ago ... guess what ... they did not fix it.
What does it even mean?
I see that message even when the screen is half full of blue squares and a few trees! Clearly not refreshed.
I think it's when the memory optimisation system runs and unloads unneeded graphics, which it will need to reload as soon as you move to a part of the island that needs those graphics.
