    Unhappy Logging in

    Yesterday and previously logged in BUT could not get past the hammer man - i.e. connection lost.

    Got in today BUT screen partially still blue, menus not working e.g. snack stand, explorers not generated when clicked; no chat at all.

    Moving round screen ok messaging by mail ok hopefully my message got through. Mail acceptance of finds ok.

    Hope helpful, but unplayable at the moment.

    (10 years logged in and missed days only because of this current problem)

    help with log-in
    Hello
    i loaded Opera browser and then go to setting and activate vpn
    i did this and it finally worked after several log-ins

    when you get back

    remove all deco trees + flowers and deco items
    this will make your game load faster and operate better

    sometimes you might get log-in issues again , just keep refreshing and it will load

    i hope this helps you get back to game , goodluck

    I've been on Opera for over a year..... I do NOT believe the problem is to do with the browser.

    I can still successfully login to tsotesting2 and run the game there, but whatever they did to tsotesting they copied to production and I cannot get onto either of those.

    They have added/missed/changed/resequenced a script/parameter/argument/step which is what is keeping many players out. SURELY it is not that hard to check the differences????

    Loading the game has got worse since the 4/8/21 'improvement' if that were possible!

    Come on, Ubisoft/BB, pull your finger out and get things sorted out!

    It is almost impossible to login - today I've gone through 4 rounds of trying to login today. Just keep getting the repair man!
    When I do finally get in (obviously not today!) - I basically can't do anything. Everything is blue, can't build anything, can't send explorers, geologists out. Pretty much nothing!
    I play this game for enjoyment - which is gone at the moment!
    I have persisted since the last update in the hope that things would change - but they haven't.
    So I'm gone for now - maybe forever - despite all the time and money I've put in it's just not worth the stress!

    Game has meant to be updated. But it still takes 40 minutes to load. Not impressed.
    All I do now, is open my mail eventually, and send my explorers out eventually.
    Rubbish server

    The game still doesn't work... we are 2 weeks and 1 update further and i still can't log in properly...
    No problem for me but i think this is the end of the game. Sad, i was close to lvl 72.

    I had a nice time on Settlers... But now i discovered other things to spend my time...
