Anniversary event - Not getting cake dough

Hello everyone,

I don't seem to be getting any cake dough, whether adventures/mini missions/ventures/scenarios etc., or searches. So far I have had to manufacture it from candles.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
