Hi i gues i have to text in english. A few day's back a wanted to send a trade to at guild member, i try to send him 400 cakes. Well it didnt end that way, you see when i send it, a post/ mail came afther only few sekund's. I say'd, the send of this trade failed.. but guesh what? i didnt got my cakes back.. iv even send a mail to the game team, told them about the problem. Told them that i own thoes 400 cakes to another player. No answare, i text them again, explaine them that i lost thoes 400, by there mistake, and that i need and wanted them back.. but here 3 days later Nothing happent, nothing, no answare and bo refund. I dont find it fair that i have to wait and even working harden to make this ballon advent..
Last info was support is down, only ways to contact are forum message to BB_Trafffer, or when he is online in game wm him. To wm him, looks like you have to use command for whisper, tho (/w name).
Havent seen any info about them fixing the support yet.
EDIT: Did ask Trafffer in chat, he said its working now, so over working hours, someone should respond to tickets. He just said its backlogged by many tickets.
