Maximum call stack size exceeded when traveling to and from Adventures.

When attempting to visit an adventure or returning from an adventure I receive the following error in my browser

This happens from three different computers which use Chrome.

When this issue occurs I have to reload the game (f5)

Same problem here. I can't play adventures at all, it's now a properly broken game.

So, I cannot go to any of my friends Islands... getting various messages including..... "Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings."

So today I am unable to visit some friends islands. Some work fine, others the game crashes completely. Cleared browser cache and unity cache and restarted computer even and still can't visit. Trying to swap a pfb so friend has placed mine and I can't place his. Valentine event is in 3 days and that involves stupid quests to place interminable buffs on people's islands. So..... what's the fix that works?

    Edit:
Just worked it out, if you are on Unity and friend is on client, you may be unlikely to visit them. Simples.

The game clients don't work like that, when you visit another players island, you arn't connecting to their client, all the information comes from the servers.

I am not sure if its still the same issue, but in the past I had to stipulate to people that were buff swapping that they needed to be running the client to visit my island, if they weren't then they would spend 30mins-1hour constantly retrying to visit where their unity client disconnects part way through and then they have to wait 10+mins to reload their own island just to try and try again, eventually giving up. Bear in mind this was some time ago now, I have not needed to ask people this recently.

It's one of those correlation does not equal causation things. Some players use the client because they have completely full islands and the unity client either runs very poorly/crashes often or just gets stuck and does not load the island at all. It makes sense that if a player struggles to load their own island then other people are going to struggle visiting it too, but it is not the client that is at fault. The unity client is still not able to handle busy islands especially if left running for a while (at least for me)

Unity loads my island fine now where it didn't in the past and will run it ok for a couple of hours. I also have no issues with people visiting my island now too. I do still use the client however because unity keeps mixing up what I am selecting and this makes doing adventures impossible if you don't double/triple check and constantly reload to ensure the troops you have set have actually been set. But as stated before, I have not recently run into issues buff swapping even when using the client.

Having said all this, I have not been active recently so I guess there is a chance recent updates caused regression bringing back all the old unity issues, I guess we shall see when the event starts and more people return.
