Specialist's skills (base and booked) kaput

Haven't seen thread for this so here you are, apologies if duplicate obvisouly.

Scared explorer came back with 60 granite after a 9 day prolonged, usually this is in the few hundreds as he has base x4

Sturdy shovel appears to have zero effect, equivalent explorers with/without skills returning the same from equivalent searches.

So, I have nearly 100 explorers, all now booked with 3 sturdy shovel, doing typically 3-4 mediums and one very long/prolonged over a day.

I'm owed 9% of that thanks.

Lots of reports on chat of geos having similar issues.

That the skills for the geologists are disappearing is already known.
But now the explores are joining them.

I should get every return from my 65 explorers if every explorer would return with the minimum + skill related extras 1052 pumpkins last time the real return was 748 pumpkins this is a difference of 304 pumpkins, my explores take 07:53:23 h for 1 trip, about 8 hours, I can send them 3 times a day on there way.
So al my mouse clicking gives me around a 900 pumpkins short every day for as long as the event will take. This probably will never be compensated.
