The Cookies and Cream buff from the Christmas Bakery should half the required input.
So a level 1 mine used to not decrease the deposit size
The deposit does now get used up so the buff isn't working correctly

I confirm bug, or at least it's not anymore as it was in the past. If this was intended should have been announced
Same here ...... the buff should work as annotated and not reduce the deposit
most likely it is a bug, they been far to busy chasing them to have time to make intended changes to gameplay )
Alas, we always have the risk that the "fix" is description change then a bug all of a sudden is a feature
But in this case that would negate the buildings use so they might actually try to fix something there
