    Mercenaries appear broken

    Went to adv, took 700 recs.
    Added 600 merc
    Had some fights
    Added 600+ to QM
    QM returned with 79.

    If I had 1300 troops, 600 mercs should be used first allowing 700 to return.

    depends where u use em,

    It works on a general by general basis so if some mercs are still alive after the fight, those ones will be lost even if another general has not enough mercs and then loses mercs and on top of that regular recruits

    So the math is not straightforward- but then again, it might be bugged as well - who knows. )

    It is bugged, i have simular issues. Regular recrutes seem to be (are) killed first.
    Also, the counter for your merc-recrutes is off, it doesn't count down. They just keep adding.
