Yes, I can confirm that the troop type achievements are currently broken, having tried the horseback one also. However, the timers are working, at least some of them. I have obtained a few of achievements based on time completion.

So the adventure achievements are finally working again. Just tried this one and got the achievement, and therefore the Noble BB Tribute
