Seems there is a issue with Humble explorers being locked, checked wording on front page and it states :- Humble Explorer (Limit: 2 per Event)
I can understand the Candid being locked as it clearly states - Name: Candid Explorer (Limit: 1)

Odd, I purchased both of my humble explorers and the candid without issue.

no issuse so far - only to little books to skill
