The Lead Soldiers buff should work 24 hours according to the description.
Today i used one but it seems only to work 6 hours and not the 24 as in the description.

True, Toy factory is fully upgraded and buff last only 6h ...

If BB would've put that in the description, hardly anybody would buy the building.
Is that the same with the Leftover Wrapping Paper?
Leftover wrapping paper is not a guide buff, it is a single buff, same as stadium snack ... if lasts 24h which I didnt try, so not worth (my opinion)
The purpose is to make the event, everything else is secondary
