Problems with the merchant

tried to buy 2 Humble explorers at the merchantv> christmas event. First try was fine, second one after clicking the tick to buy spinning hourglass popped up and started spinning. This went on for several minutes after which I had no Humble Explorer AND 1595 presents had been removed drom my storage. When I logged on this evening still no Humble Explorer or presents. I'm loath to use the merchant now incase more of my present get sucked into the blackhole.

1) don;t expect any fixes before end of event
2) holding on to presents only gets em converted at a laughable rate
3) issues like that only get resolved with a ticket to support

so best bet is spent your gifts before end of event and submit ticket and hope for a refund
