    German servers get special treatment

Northisle had a day during event where we could not play - no compensation

German servers had a day during removal phase where some players could not log in - they got compensation and a day extra in removal phase

On the whole servers are treated alike, this accusation pops up every time people perceive an injustice.

Sometimes it goes wrong, dunno if it is because compensation is decided on a team by team basis or something else. In the past there have been (and many a person on these servers snickered) instances where the "perceived special treatment - like earlier updates etc led to them being locked out so it is swings and roundabouts really

Leaves the issue of unequal treatment still open though- so if they would look at this post and investigate the case, then decide to send over comps similar to the german server.

As to the extra day in removal phase, thats worth nothing except for the 3 persons that were on holiday all week without internet access and havent spent their presents as buying/selling and spending presents is the only activity you can do in this period and most have finished that by day 3 of the deactivation phase anyway

    Hello halv12.

We have a similar thread and discussion already here, so I encourage you to continue discussing there, rather than creating a new thread.
