Great to see some important and long awaited fixes coming through. Could we perhaps just keep and ignore the snowglobe bug though

Ahh this list makes me happy. Lots of fixes there which I've been hoping for, especially the cooldown bug .
Buildings: Fixed an issue that caused the cooldown of cultural buildings to be calculated incorrectly
What do you mean by cultural buildings?
Does this fix also apply to production buildings where having multiple buildings is supposed to reduce production time but currently doesn't? i.e Adventure Bookbinder.
Is the randomly switching generals bug still on the 'very difficult' pile?
i wish to play this game without problems

Finally a cooldown fix, Just in time for valentine where the Love tree & observatory are very important!
