Let's face it, the mythical team is in fact someone pulled out of other work for an odd hour now and then. They don't know the game, they don't know the code, little is documented and they just "fix" whatever is easy.

Ditto network and infrastructure.

And it's now 20:00 in Germany and they have all gone home.
