I have problems for a few days too. I receive always after loading the game:

I tried with Chrome (Version 106.0.5249.119 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)) and with Firefox (106.0.1 (64-Bit)).
Last week I was able to play without any problems... I dont think that something on my PC changed.

that seems to be a different issue than the not loading one, bets make a separate post for that or see if it is reported and confirm it still exists
