Rain dance doesn't seem to be working on buffed buildings since the update. I was getting 13 with rain dance on farms buffed with fertiliser or the tree, but now both are 12. Unbuffed farms increase to 2. Not sure if it works with other buffs. Doesn't work whether the buff is applied before or after rain dance.
