Lost 10 years account..

Hello... just wanted help or opinion on my lost account... I have played this game over 10 years and reached level 54..
After my computer was repaired all my passwords and log-in details were lost and i can no longer log in or play..this account was my sons who used to play a few years ago and he knew his log in details.. I spent over an hour with Ubisoft support and settlers online support and non of them could help me find the account..my details...

I was in the guild of Jason and Ivanna (although they left some time ago )
I gave support my email address
Over 10 years lost and i cant start from start again..
any suggestions ?

If you have lost access to your Ubisoft account, you can either try resetting your password on the login screen, or you will need to contact Ubisoft support again and provide them with all the required details.
