Undeletable menus and text boxes

Hey all,
Lately had a issue where, for example, I choose an item in the marketplace to sell and when I click on it a menu or text box opens for something in the background like a general or a buff. This menu or text box covers everything blocking all buttons of the menu you wanted to use and can not be closed unless you completely close the game. Is anybody else seeing this? Very annoying.

been like this since forever. you need to mouse over the same again and hope it registers when mouse leaves item again so the menu/infomenu disappears.
seems like registers when mouse is over the item and opens the info window, but it fails to register OnMouseExit and so fails to close the info window
