Bugged new Provision House skin

So, the new Provision Skin, that I applied to my RPH, has frozen production! Nothing is being produced, at all.
Cleared cache, removed cookies, logged out for more than 20 mins, nothing seems to fix it.
Am worried that using 3rd eye, will not return the skin to my star menu.

Fix this please!
