oil mill + oil refinery not working right

oil mill is not working right. it,s putting 8 when it should be putting out 25

oil refinery is not working right . it,s putting out 49 when it should be putting out 100.

when you start with

2050 oil

and you want to add

this looks like it will be plus 400 oil

but wat you get is

2150 oil and this is plus 100 oil

This is still a bug. When you add oil into the oil mill the queue only shows half of the amount added. It therefore looks like you will only get as much oil back from the building as you add into the queue (i'm assuming you do actually get the correct amount though haven't tested).

About the 2050->2150 reply. That is 100 orders added, not oil you get. It already cost you 200 oil to add 100 orders. And will produce 400 oil.
