I assume you are talking about Guild Merchant?
Could you please share a little more details, along with a screenshot/photo if possible?
I confirm that Friary is locked for me too and my Guildies reported the same thing.

The Friary is blocked for those who have bought at least 8 in the past in my guild. It is not blocked for all of us.
No item in the guild market should be blocked to any level however many they have bought in the past and I really hope this is a mistake that will be quickly rectified.
As BB_Trafffer is looking into the matter I will wait before I explodebut this must be put right soon.

Lol, you forwarded this info to them the last time the friary was in the guild shop. The time before that they added it to the architect for guild coins. Be exactly the same with the improved silo when it wins the new vote.Originally Posted by BB_Trafffer

Basically if you have already bought them from the guild shop any new run of it will be locked.
