i got exactly the same thing yesterday and still cant log on How do i fix this as I really like the game and dont want to be thrown out of my guild, which i might because it wont let me access my account - it logs in fine but wont launch the island part

Experienced this problem on 15.09.23 just after activating Concert Hall buff and sent in a support ticket (19044296-waiting on a response at time of posting this) and still cannot launch island as I get exactly the same info as original post.
