    Spa buffs not calculating correctly

    I buffed the spa and have a zone buff running

    Yet the production it shows is a prime number (13) which is impossible if the buffs are working

    So either the buffs arent calculated right or the optics are wrong- alas no way for us to see which one it is unless you go into major number crunching over time
