Hello jhinos.

If you contact our support team, they will be able to check what the problem is. If your main account is linked to your Ubisoft account, it means you just need to log in with the correct account. However, if you can't access it or need to recover it, they will ask you to contact Ubisoft Support directly as it affects your Ubisoft account.
