yea it is that thinghy that seems to make no common sense to some people (see the longboat thread)
If the item is in a different loot category/reward category it will show as a different item and not stack - if you happen to have the lat year longboat and this years longboat storage u will see one has the start around the icon (meaning it goes back to star menu after destruction) and the new one doesn't Same principle applies to the skins and apparently the spooky mine as well- A bot unfortunate as it bloats star menu a bit when it happens
