Starfall - Residue Processing

Hi, I'm currently busy with the new Starfall quest, I am at the part "Residue Processing" where I need to craft a Basic Compendium of Starfall Phenomenon Discoveries, but this costs 850 Star Shards, yet I only have 849 in my storage...how do I get more Star Shards? Is this intentional or a bug?

I have the same problem with 849 Shards,cannot do anything for the Quest.

M2 same problem. Reported issue, opened ticket 3 days ago, they asked me questions about this problem but my impression they don't understand what I am talking about.

Due to repairs they could send few star shards as a gift, that would let go ahead with the quest. Or starshards could be made tradable, or at least, like guild quests, could be finished using few gems.

re-open your ticket and keep re-opening it until it has been fixed
