same issue 849, and yes DANUS1986 100% right, we stuck on this quest, and we have requirement 850 items.

Feeling a bit invisible and a bit annoyed. Surely there is a way around the issue for current players if a direct fix is not possible at the moment:
Can you send us out a few shards in mail - send them to everyone as part of the Easter bundle?
Can you lower the number of shards required for the quest rather than fixing the collection bug? That should be easier shouldn't it?
Is it possible that someone at least provides us with some information and a timeline?

Another update and this problem is still unresolved, begining to feel a trifle annoyed.
I had hopes... and seems still stuck on 849 pieces..
