If for some reason support feels the need to edit what I wrote, please delete entire post instead, dont put words into my mouth that I never said.
Same issue. Several quest chains that ends up with 5 boxes, only first can be opened.
Last was the "Rooting Out The Problem".
Hope BB keeps track of everyone that does these quests so we can all get compensated once the bug is fixed.

That would be a first in the history of TSO, individual compensation after a bug fix
The way it works at BB is either no compensation or a mass compansation to everyone - never individual mass compensations - it is already hard enough to get compensation from support in individual cases, even if that would solve the problem in that individual case - Don't expect them to keep track of all the people that logged a ticket with the same/similar issues and then revist all these tickets in the future- it just won;t happen
I opened 5 boxes - got a total of 1400 shards - went to put them in my Mayors house and they never registered and have now disappeared. Refreshed and restarted but still nothing. So I have lost 1400 shards. Have sent a ticket but ........................
These mystery boxes are really mysterous last 2 times they have bugged in different ways - today they opened fine and I was awarded 1400 shards - but when I wanted to put them into Mayers house they disapered puff 1400 shards gone. last time when I tryed to open the mystery boxes it bugged Thinking with the hour glas for 3 hours and when I reloaded all the mystery boxes was gone in my starmenu.
Pls fix this shit or remove the Q line - I'm feeling laughed at by the game
