Not sure it is a bug exactly, more like bad quest planning. Do not buy a Compendium from the Forerunner unless you will have at least 150 star shards spare after doing so. I did and was left shorthanded, only having 106 of the 150 required for a quest.
If you did initial starfall quest, you wouldnt care, as follow ups expire after 4 days and new pop up, so it actually might be 150 saved.
By chance, am I in the same situation? I am down to the last Starfall quest where you need to produce a Basic Compendium of Phenomenon Discoveries which requires 850 while I have only 849? No mines to mine, only craters on the map.Originally Posted by First_Lord

yours is bug, refresh, reload, clear cache, logout for 20. if not solved, report to support and say you did all that is advised to players.
