Are there any adventures/ventures with gems as loot or reward?

But if you look at ventures, you can always do the letters for gems in excelsior instead of some of the ventures- the gems add up over time

correct answer is yes, just not directly.

Oilseed>shards through blacktree> crystals in PH > excelsior short letter snippets.
Rinse and repeat. Pay attention to which advs pay oilseed during events that can be speedrun.
With loot being doubled and then 1.5X via prem you can hard farm oilseed.

Dark brotherhood for example pays 150 or 300 oilseed.
During valentines event you can activate cards for 3X loot. And you can use an advanced strat using buffs to isntant clear this map in a minute with 2 other players.

This grants 150*3*1.5=675 or 300*3*1.5=1350 oilseed per run. With 10 completions we can easily say you will average out 9.5 or 10k+ in easily 15 minutes.
4X per play hour.
1k oilseed grants 7 crystal shards, or .7 crystal. 10 runs is going to be 70 shards or 7 crystal. Given excelsior acts like a slot machine you want to dump in hundreds of crystals to get as many snippets as possible to spam the quests. But it does in fact pay out.
Given the ability to speedrun multiple advs via buffs.
Most events will pay 2X loot on a set list of adventures.

RB for example can be speedrun via buff as well or just pushed quickly and swapped.
150*2*1.5=450
300*2*1.5=900

This is alongside quick farming the event tokens as well. SB, pumpkins, whichever.
Yes it is very possible to farm thousands of oilseed in a day. I'm talking over 50k oilseed in a day. By the time you convert all of that to snippets you are gaining hundreds of gems on completion.
That part does take time, but that is all part of the daily grind between events.
Stack this on top of TO purchases and sunflower farms.
It is not even event time right now and I have gained 1.5k gems in less than 2 days.
Just imagine how much I gain during events.
