Looks like they have been hacked as the server name for gamedata from 130.254.91.29 says its "i live, i burn with life. I slay. And i am content" which is a little suspect. So there is likely some panic and they wont want to admit it.
I would refrain from using the unity alternative as if the server is compromised then the adobe air client would be a particularly vulnerable target for malicious content.
