Me and some other players still stuck on STARFALL -> RESIDUE PROCESSING quest, we missing 1 ITEM. We cant restart, reset it. When this glitch to be FIXED?? 8 months passed, noone cares about reported bugs?

The short answer is, they don;t really care. it has been reported on forums , in chats and to support multiple times including solutions

The problem is they like simple, one size fits all solutions, and that is difficult -

They either need to reset all quests manually for the people that got bugged or:
They need to send the missing item to all people that got bugged
Or they do the above only for the people that log a ticket
Or they send everyone 1 shard or whatever that is missing and have the easy solution they want

Maybe devs do not even realize it, as some bugs have been fixed and in their minds all is fixed and the stuff from support and forums doesnt trickle to them enough

like the upgrades, but i have the game on mute so that doesn't bother me that much.

i would like to see the big anounched improvments (especialy the multi sent explorers) be implemented and deployed

I hope this multi send will come with multi find (type in name and see all explorers you want to send) and multi select (tagging 200 times an explorer is still as annoying as sending them one by one)

Why oh why? Why the new stuff when so much is not working, even takes the day to get to forum, coz its not working. Bets how many bugs new stuff will have?

(Edit1): Performance complaints are here first weekend after implementations, servers cannot load forum, addys, islands, only couple of days after restart. Event didnt even start yet. lol.

(Edit2): Will answer myself on new stuff, graphic designers did some pictures and they cannot help with bugs solving as testers, coz its not in their jobdescribtion. Hope they will paint pictures till there is no job.
