My quest chain seem to be stuck - I made the requirement, the task bar is green, but I don't get opportunity to click complete.
I did refresh - I did log out and in again- still no change.

Since the event started I could buy 0 Misty Cakes from the Merchant. Other guild members said they could buy 9. I also want to buy 9.
Maybe you bought in previous years? I think I did that, cause I can't buy any either.
Either they forgot to reset the amount you can purchase (e.g. a new purchase amount every year) or it's only a set amount per account for the lifetime of the account.
