I do so love this line :

Event Resources from this year's Anniversary Event should also be converted with this update!

I mean, you either know it did or know it didn't if you deliberately post the change log AFTER the maintenance - So i would think youc an give a positive statement that you converted the event resources - unless there is some random number generator on each server that will either convert or not convert, just to keep us entertained )

And guys, really... that list of bugfixes is very short and very meaningless in gameplay perspective really - I do hope you have some "hidden gems" but most people do not like the easter egg bugfix hunt so just tell us what was fixed (youc an't really complain about not wanting to mention minor fixes as the fixes this time aorund are all in the category minor to not noticed for most players :P

Still nibbling at the edges with the Concert Hall and not addressing the main problem.
I posted these findings ages ago but like a lot of bug reports they were "disappeared" presumably as bad PR.
Since the conversion to Unity, the Concert Hall is trying to do something it wasn't designed to do under Flash, it is trying to stream the music to visitors instead of just playing on the home island. To compound thisproblem, it is also trying to sync themusic so it plays simultaneously on the home island and on visitors. Now that's a neat trick to try in an office where everyone is on the same network linked with fast ethernet, across the Internet it's just not possible, far too much latency so it crashes the visitor.
Somebody needs to compare the old Flash code with the newer Unity and find out what made it start trying to stream the music.

Certain animated buffs also seem to be causing slow downs when visiting, my experience is that the fireworks buff and the falling hearts one seem to be the worst.

Those aside, we all know that Flash was a notorious memory leaker, but Unity seems to take things to a whole new level. Each Settlers page is taking between 900Mb and 1.4Gb of memory! That is atrocious. No matter how hard I try, I cannot find another game or website that even comes close, even the most animated seem to top out at 300-400Mb and most are lower.
No wonder the chat server crashes the minute you open a new tab to look at wiki or the forum, under Flash you could play 3-5 different Settlers servers tabbed simultaneously (and that was on much lesser computers than today's), Unity struggles to play 1.

While the forum appears to be working, are BB aware of how badly Sandycove is being affected by server outages and login issues?
While all servers are getting these sporadically, Sandy is getting hit much more often, especially during events. The last 2 were wrecked by server issues.
With the forum also breaking regularly, and the lack of activity on Fakebook, we can't even report it, although since a number of German servers have gone the same way, they seem to be paying more attention. They seem linked, as when Sandy goes down, the worst affected 4 or 5 German servers go too.
Nice to see they got PFB's in their "compensation" mail, we didn't.

Thanks for the fixes although i did not even notice anyone of those bugs. I was wondering when the update for sending geo's and explorers all at once for a search is going to be rolled out.

I have to agree usual BB we will fix the easy stuff that adds little or no value to the game playing experience. When are you gonna give us new levels, new quests, Starfall looks like it was created to get players t level up quickly so that when we all get to 80 you can close the game.
School report will read BB easily distracted from the harder tasks as they never bother to even start on them. Most definitely MUST do BETTER

I'm glad I have sound off.
Also, somehow we got some gifts like a fruit basket on Newfoundland, while German server got a Pfb?

Is this true? I'm just curious....
