Those issues were mostly fixed quite some time ago. However, whoever was affected was required to contact the supportteam for a manual solution. If you still have not done this, please write a ticket to the supportteam and ask them to finish the quest manually for you.
Please provide the exact name of the affected quest then. It takes a few workdays, but those can be solved.
It would be a lot easier to add 1 shard to everyone in game as that's all that was missing. Many don't use the forum so won't see the solution.
Technically not possible and also in theory does not solve the lingering issue. Therefore, it has to be checked and solved by the Customer Support Agents.
I understand that not everyone uses the Forum, but this is the place to report bugs, if not directly reported to the supportteam. So if you still see some of your friends with this issues, you can also remind them to report bugs to Support. Currently there is no way around and I am truly sorry for this.

on "Sep 2, 2024, 8:12 PM"
And still answer I was given regarding this issue same as MutantKid has and others has. This is also posted on BUG you must saw my link.

In fact I found out the issue, why the Supportteam "ignored you". They simply couldn't see your answers. I took over your case and will solve it during the weekend or latest on monday. You also got a reply from me and I want to make sure to note, that this delay is surely not what we intended and how our supportteam is handling issues. The normal timeframe for answers is below 24 hours. Therefore, I am truly sorry for this situation.
And yes, we can help you.
If you experience issues with a stuck starfall quest, be it "1 starshard missing" or the Deposit being deleted (Mainquest), you can contact our supportteam.
Make sure to state the name of the affected quest (this is important) or even better, attach a Screenshot after the first system answer.
And if unsure, you can always add a small line like "BB_Kumakun sent me here" and the quests will be manually solved by the Supportteam or get an explanation as what is to be done.
Have the same problem. Ticket did not work.
