Opened a ticket on 21/10, got my missing starshard today (30/10), so in total 9 days, 7 working days. Better than the 6 months of silence before
they do sort it 1by1 instead of mass send? did they send it to you in some special way, or it just appeared like they changed Nr. in database only for your name?
They sent it out in an in-game mail to me.
