Game Crashing

does anyone have an email address for support? I have had this issue all day - Server Zone Crashed.
When someone tries to Visit my land, they get an error message saying it cant be accessed - sounds profile/login related?

A script runs every night fixing this particular issue.

yh it unlocked me but still cant get on the game, at least its not locked, i can breathe a bit but would be nice to be able to play.

That must be new, because I had this in the past on a Friday evening, wrote to support, and it was fixed only on the following Monday (because, as we know, in this company nobody works on the weekend).

Barely been able to log in for a week now - getting tiresome.
When I can get in, I can't stay in for more than a few minutes before hammerman shows up
