I'm getting the same. Has been like that for hours for me. Just tried again and its still the same.

For this problem you have to contact support. It is different from the general server issues, likely an inconsistency in the underlying database concerning a specific account. I had this problem twice in the past and it was fixed by support -- only on the next work day, though. This problem also shows as something like "This island is locked and cannot be visited." (I don't remember the exact wording, but it was something like that) when somebody else tries to visit the island of the player having this problem.
Same for me. Was kicked -off by hammerman and now can't get into game with the error "Server Zone crashed". I have whore to support from main page, not sure if this help.

After trying to beat hammermen to get in at least for 5 minutes now it seems he has won - Server zone crashed message stops it all.

My Guild has already lost 3 players because of the mess.

Servers craching constantly have been going on for 10 days and nothing from you BB. It is embarassing from you part.
I have sent ticket almost every day due to your lack og communication and all the respons I got was from the first ticket, nothing on the rest.
The answer was:

Thank you for sending this information.
This situation can be fixed by restarting the game in some cases.
A restart means:
1. close the game
2. select yourself from the start page (logout)
3. wait 15 minutes
4. clear your cache
5. start the game again
You can repeat steps 1-5 if necessary.
If this does not help, open a web browser in incognito mode. Play the game there and check again.

What an unusefull reply to get. We all no that and try that, but it isn't the issue.
The issue is that everybody constantly losses connenction to the server, so waiting 15 min isn't a solution, because we get kicked out of the game every 2-5-20 mins depending on what we do(sending explores, trying to go to an adventure, buffing buildings, etc.).
I can easyly take 20 min - 1 hr to get back into the game only for HM (connection) to get lost again.
FIX IT NOW, please.
The fact that you don't fix it and comes up with "Happy hour" is an insult to your customers. Want us to buy gems to a game that isn't working...
