    It has been 2 weeks now that Sandycove have been un-playable, basically.
    BB has not deemed necessary to communicate, let alone apologise.
    Players are more than fed up, and have started leaving.

    Hopeless. First glance tells me: their last entries on social media are several years old, so they are unlikely to even monitor any feedback there. The website does not contain any interactive elements beyond the mandatory email in the imprint ( bluebyte@ubisoft.com). Ubisoft is in turmoil, the share price plummeted, the owners are battling for control and they are axing employees. Their announcement to turn the company around and "listen to the players" seemingly never had any followup either, so the only hope I have is new ownership trying to breathe life back into the company.

    It is absolutely time to let them know how we feel, being silent is not ok when Sandycove and Goldenau have had such massive problems the last 2 weeks as we have had.
    Several tickets has been sent, threads has been made on this forum and DSO forum, some has sent personal message to BB staff all leading to no response.

    BB have done nothing and will continue to do so. The last original idea they had switching to Ubi did not turn out well

    We are doomed here :/, I just try to login and catch daily rewards and not even trying to play cause hammerman, disconnection getting on me in a minute or few. It's just sad that we players are left here alone.

    The lack of new levels or any content of significance not just a reskinned general or building speaks volumes too.
